Preventive Maintenance

MillerMan offers you a preventive maintenance program that guarantees you service twice per year.  For $189 per year you will have your unit serviced two times per year including the following:

• Clean filter

• Coil clean in place

• Drain line cleared

• Tighten electrical connections

• Check freon level

• Test and calibrate thermostat

• Oil motors

As a bonus, the MillerMan Preventive Maintenance program offers you a 10% discount on any repairs year-round.
